How to read it. Day is 06:00 to 19:00 and night is 19:00 to 06:00 on the game's clock; any time means both. Fish are listed by the water they swim in (the Pond, the River at Willow Falls, the Sea off the Beach), and bugs by the place they live. Rain only ones come out only while it's raining, which it does now and then for everyone at once. Rarer ones turn up less often, so keep looking.
